The Warmup VLo Nexxa-12 Castellated System is a low-profile, screeded hydronic heating system developed for use with insulated subfloors.

The VLo Nexxa-12 Castellated System is a low-profile castellated water underfloor heating system and is a great choice for refurbishment projects with insulated floors. The system incorporates the 12mm PERT pipe with an innovative castellated membrane which facilitates an optimal heating layout and allows a clear and repeatable installation method for larger projects.

With fast response times and an excellent heat output (70W/m2 for timber floors at 40°C water temperature), the VLo Nexxa-12 offers great versatility.

The Nexxa-12 panels are self-adhesive, bonding directly to a smoothed and primed subfloor - making them quick to lay with no waiting around for drying time. Once laid, the 12mm PERT heating pipe can be simply clipped into place within the castellated membrane and the layout of the heated area can be personalised based on your project's needs.

The panels are easy to cut with a utility knife and measure 650 x 1050mm. Once the pipe is installed, an appropriate levelling compound can be poured to a thickness of 22mm. Insulation should be installed underneath the Nexxa-12 panels to ensure rapid heat up times and reduce energy usage. The VLo Nexxa-12 Castellated System can be used with traditional heat systems or heat pumps.

Warmup's Manifold is responsible for circulating heated water from the heat source through the connected floor heating pipework whilst managing water pressure, flow-rates and temperature regulation.

The Warmup Manifold is constructed from 304-graded stainless steel and is available in a range of sizes and configurations; providing control for up to 12 heat zones. It is suitable for use with all Warmup water systems in both new-build and renovation projects.
