It’s easy! Once signed up to Toolstation Club, customers will see the option under “My Account” to apply for the Trade Club Credit account.

Make sure you’ve got the following details to hand before starting your application:

• Full company/proprietor details (including trading name and company registration number, where applicable).
• A copy of ID (valid driving licence or passport) and proof of address for the individual signing the application (proprietor/partner/director).
• A copy of your utility bill (gas, electricity, council tax) or the first page of your bank statement (dated within the last three months).
• Proof of trade ID (business invoice, headed letter, business card).

This helps to ensure your application is processed quickly, minimising any further delays in opening your account.

We’ll aim to process your application within 5 working days (in some cases, it may take longer). Please be aware, you may also receive a text message from our trusted partners LexisNexis or Ecospend, in case we need any additional information to process your application.

Use your Trade Club Credit Account to buy items on our website or app, as well as at any Toolstation store or by calling our Contact Centre on 0300 600 5001. The Toolstation Trade Club Credit Account cannot be used with any other Travis Perkins Group businesses or retailers.

Requests to change your current credit limit should be emailed to creditapplications@toolstation.mom – please include your Trade Club Credit Account number, name, address and the credit limit you’d like.

You can add additional cardholders via the ‘Manage Additional Cards’ tab after logging into your Trade Club Credit Account. Any additional cardholders will need their own email address – the same email cannot be used more than once.

Additional cardholders can place orders and view their own purchases only. The main account holder will be able to view all financial information including invoices and statements.

Yes. We use a secure service offered by an accredited third party, which uses a dedicated secure system. Card details are verified by your bank before the payment is accepted, although you may be prompted to sign up to ‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘MasterCard secure code’ depending on your bank.

If you’re concerned by the security of your details, or you’re having issues making a payment, please Contact Us for help.

If you don’t make a payment by the invoice due date, your account may be put on stop - this helps us to ensure any overdue arrears are cleared before you can make further purchases. Please note that payments might take up to 48 working hours to be processed.

If you think your account shouldn’t be on stop, please contact our Trade Account team by emailing collections@toolstation.mom or calling 01604 597 999.

Payments are due at the end of each month, +30 days from invoice date. Invoices must be paid in full on the due date. Failure to do so may result in interest being charged to your account. For full terms and conditions, please see our Trade Club Credit Terms and Conditions.
