Achieve maximum thermal protection in your construction projects with the Sopratherm XR4000 PIR insulation board, supplied in a thick 2400 x 1200 x 150mm size. This multi-purpose rigid board offers excellent thermal performance with a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m.K, reducing the thickness of insulation required to hit demanding U-value targets.

Featuring low emissivity foil facings, the board provides improved thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces. Soprema boards are light and rigid, assisting with ease of transportation, handling, and fitting whether you are working on new builds or refurbishment projects.

Targeted at cut-to-fit applications between rafters and joists, this versatile board is also suitable for concrete slabs, beams and blocks, suspended timbers, and underfloor heating flooring applications. It has been assessed by the BBA as fit for use in defined roof, wall, and floor constructions if installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the certification.
