Sopratherm PIR Insulation Board TB4000 2400 x 1200 x 20mm

Eliminate thermal bridging in tight spaces with the Sopratherm TB4000 PIR insulation board, supplied in an ultra-thin 2400 x 1200 x 20mm size. This high-performance rigid foam sheet delivers excellent thermal efficiency with a conductivity of 0.022 W/m.K, reducing the insulation thickness required to hit target U-values where construction space is limited.

The board features low emissivity foil facings to provide improved thermal performance within sealed cavity air spaces. Light and rigid, Soprema insulation boards assist with ease of transportation, manual handling, and precise fitting on site.

Designed specifically to overcome thermal bridging, this thin board is suitable for use across a number of applications including roof, wall, and floor systems. It holds BBA assessment confirming its fitness for use in defined construction applications when installed as specified in the certificate.
