Designed to deliver precise cutting performance and long-lasting reliability, the Milwaukee 1/4" mixed router bit set is ideal for a wide range of routing applications. Manufactured from cobalt-infused micro-grain tungsten carbide, each bit features a thicker carbide construction to maximise tool life and support multiple resharpenings.

The carbide cutting edges are brazed onto the bit body using a triple-layer silver-copper-silver process, creating an exceptionally strong bond for increased reliability during demanding use. Precision multi-axis CNC grinding produces an ultra-sharp cutting edge geometry that provides superior edge retention to stay sharper for longer.

An advanced anti-friction coating reduces binding, friction and heat build-up for smoother, cooler cuts, while also protecting the bits against corrosion and resin accumulation. Integrated anti-kickback shoulders help control the depth of cut and minimise kickback for improved safety and consistent results.
