Introducing the Hive plug – a smart plug that gives you the ability to switch power on or off to appliances from the comfort of your mobile phone or tablet.
Simply insert it into any standard socket, pair it with your Hive Hub and then add the plug as a device on your Hive app. You can then use it like a normal adaptor, but with the added capability of controlling power from wherever you are – all it takes is a simple tap on your phone.
Already left for work and you’re worried you’ve left your hair straighteners or iron switched on? No problem – a quick glance at the Hive app on your phone will let you know, and allow you to turn off the power.

• Hive smart plugs – transform any device in seconds
• App control – switch power on or off from anywhere
• More efficient – easier to only use the energy you need
• Peace of mind – check to see if you left something on
• Create schedules – set up to six time slots per day
• Accessible – an easy way to control hard-to-reach plugs
• Requires connection to a Hive Hub – not included
