It's easy to achieve a solid and sturdy fitting with this field gate hook - simply drill a small pilot hole into the post and drive the hook in. Generally used as the bottom fixing when installing a heavy-duty gate, the hook has a galvanised finish to withstand all that the weather can throw at it.
