Choose this highly flexible building silicone wherever you need to seal in gaps that are movement-prone. This type of sealant is perfect for applications such as filling expansion joints in concrete, sealing movement joints in cladding and around doors and windows. It's a tough cookie and will withstand anything the weather will throw at it, such as UV light and rain water.

This product won't corrode metal and can be used in combination with common building materials including aluminium, hardwood and PVCu. It's extremely sticky, and you can use it on a multitude of surfaces. Think painted wood, shiny tops like ceramic, glass and enamel, and many types of plastics. The quick drying silicone forms a surface skin after nine minutes at +23°C/55% relative humidity, so make sure you work it into place before then.
