Easi-Close XPS is designed to reduce the risk of thermal bridging within a cavity wall or timber frame. With a high thermal resistance path of 0.88 m²K/W, it far exceeds the minimum requirements of 0.45 m²K/W. Supplied in a 2.4m length, this cavity closer comes with pre-cut grooves so you can easily cut it to fit various cavity sizes between 100-150mm.
