This multipurpose tool acts as a control station for your soldering iron. It uses heat generated by an electrical filament to melt the solder used on electrical joints, so fusing pieces of metal and copper pipes is nice and easy.
You can plug your iron straight in and use the controls on the soldering station to adjust the temperature. This electrical tool is compact so you can transport it easily between jobs. Plus, it comes with an integral soldering iron stand. The solder gun has a comfy handgrip and a tip to help you work with precision. The tip is earthed to aid the soldering of static sensitive components. A supplied sponge means you can re-use the tip plenty of times before needing to replace it. This unit is manufactured with an overheat protection device that's fitted with a manually adjustable heat output dial.
