Protect your building's roof from the weather by using these aluminium soakers from BPC Fixings. Use them to waterproof that vulnerable area where the roof meets another vertical surface, such as where a pitched extension butts up to a wall or gable.
These roof soakers are an economical alternative to lead. They're made from aluminium, which keeps them lightweight and easy to handle. They come in pre-cut lengths, so you can choose the ideal measurement and save time and effort on cutting the pieces yourself. It's simple to fit them around existing features like chimneys by setting them in place and fixing them into position with your choice of flashing.
• Pack of 25 roof soakers measuring 75(W) x 100(W) x 300(L) mm
• Attach where a roof meets a vertical face, such as a wall or chimney
• Designed to protect against the weather
• Less liable to be stolen than traditional lead
• Lightweight aluminium construction is easy to handle and long-lasting
